Scope of the Terms and Conditions<\/h2>\n<p><strong>1.1<\/strong> These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations arising from purchases of goods between customers of the janssen-beauty.ee online store (hereinafter the \u201cCustomer\u201d) and TVP O\u00dc (hereinafter \u201cjanssen-beauty.ee\u201d).<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.2<\/strong> In addition to these Terms and Conditions, purchases from the janssen-beauty.ee online store are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.3<\/strong> By placing an order in the janssen-beauty.ee online store and making an advance payment, the Customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.4<\/strong> The Seller may unilaterally amend or supplement these Terms and Conditions by publishing an updated version at <a href=\"https:\/\/janssen-beauty.ee\/en\/privacy-policy\" data-rich-text-autolink=\"\">https:\/\/janssen-beauty.ee\/en\/terms<\/a>. If the Customer placed an order before the amendments took effect, the Terms and Conditions applicable at the time the order was placed shall govern the relationship between the Customer and the Seller.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Prices<\/h2>\n<p><strong>2.1<\/strong> Prices in the janssen-beauty.ee online store are stated in euros and exclude delivery charges.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.2<\/strong> All prices in the janssen-beauty.ee online store include VAT at 24%.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.3<\/strong> For orders with a total product value below EUR 500, a delivery charge is added according to the delivery method selected by the Customer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.4<\/strong> janssen-beauty.ee reserves the right to unilaterally change its Terms and Conditions and product prices. Changes and additions take effect when the relevant information is published on janssen-beauty.ee. If the Customer placed an order before the changes took effect, the Terms and Conditions applicable at the time the order was placed shall apply, unless otherwise provided by law or these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Placing and Paying for an Order<\/h2>\n<p><strong>3.1<\/strong> Add the products you wish to purchase to the shopping basket. Adding a product to the basket does not oblige you to purchase it.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.2<\/strong> The Customer may change the quantities of products in the basket or remove products from it.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.3<\/strong> Products in the basket remain available for purchase by other customers until the order is confirmed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.4<\/strong> To begin placing your order, click the \u201cShopping basket\u201d link.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.5<\/strong> Complete the required fields and select your preferred delivery and payment methods. Payment options include Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Luminor and payment by invoice.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.6<\/strong> An order is considered placed and is prepared for dispatch once payment has been made.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.7<\/strong> If an ordered product is out of stock, the Customer will be contacted and offered a substitute product, a new delivery date for the requested product, or a refund for the unavailable product.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Delivery<\/h2>\n<p><strong>4.1<\/strong> After the Customer has paid the invoice, janssen-beauty.ee prepares the order and hands it over to its logistics partners for delivery.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.2<\/strong> To avoid delivery delays, please enter the delivery details carefully when placing your order.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.3<\/strong> Delivery charges:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Itella SmartPost \u2014 EUR 5;<\/li>\n<li>Omniva \u2014 EUR 5.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4.3.1<\/strong> For orders exceeding EUR 500 that are paid by invoice, delivery via Itella SmartPost or Omniva within the Republic of Estonia is free of charge.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.4<\/strong> Products damaged during transportation will be replaced.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.5<\/strong> janssen-beauty.ee is not liable for delivery delays if the goods were handed over to the logistics partners in time for the delivery date promised to the Customer, but the delay resulted from circumstances that could not be controlled or foreseen.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Right of Return<\/h2>\n<p><strong>5.1<\/strong> The Consumer has the right to return the ordered products within 14 days of receiving the order.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.2<\/strong> Returned products must be unused and in their unopened original packaging.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.3<\/strong> The Customer bears the costs of returning the goods, up to EUR 20. janssen-beauty.ee bears the return costs if the goods delivered differ from those ordered.<\/p>\n<p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 &#091;&#093;\">5.4 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must notify the Seller of their decision by an unequivocal statement within 14 days of receiving the goods. The notice may be sent, for example, by email to <a href=\"mailto:info@janssen-beauty.ee\">info@janssen-beauty.ee<\/a>. The withdrawal form provided below may be used for this purpose. Use of this form is not mandatory.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.5<\/strong> The Customer will be refunded for returned goods after the goods have been received and inspected, but no later than within 14 days.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Protection of Personal Data<\/h2>\n<p><strong>6.1<\/strong> The Seller uses personal data provided by the Customer and information about purchases in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, to the extent necessary to fulfil orders placed in the online store. The Seller does not disclose the Customer\u2019s personal data to third parties, except to postal or courier service providers to the extent necessary to deliver the goods.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6.2<\/strong> Encrypted communication with banks when paying for purchases protects the Customer\u2019s personal banking authentication details. janssen-beauty.ee does not have access to those details.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Complaints<\/h2>\n<p><strong>7.1<\/strong> janssen-beauty.ee is not liable for defects caused by the Customer\u2019s improper storage or use of the product. Defects refer to defects in the product itself; defects in the product packaging are excluded.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7.2<\/strong> If a product does not meet the applicable requirements or a defect is discovered, please submit a complaint to <a href=\"mailto:info@janssen-beauty.ee\">info@janssen-beauty.ee<\/a>. The complaint should include the name of the person who placed the order, a contact telephone number, the order number and a detailed description of the non-conformity or defect.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7.3<\/strong> A complaint concerning a product\u2019s non-conformity with the terms of the contract or a defect must be submitted within two months of discovering the non-conformity or defect.<\/p>\n<p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 &#091;&#093;\">WITHDRAWAL FORM<\/p>\n<p>Complete this form if you wish to withdraw from the contract.
