  • Shea butter<\/strong> (Butyrospermum Parkii Butter): Extracted from the seeds of the shea tree,
    \na plant native to Africa, it is a fatty ingredient that softens the skin. Shea butter is used in cosmetics for its healing, softening, elasticizing, moisturizing, antioxidant, soothing, film-forming, and protective properties. However, its unique feature is its very high content of unsaponifiable essential oils (12-18%), which improve skin tone and elasticity. Another benefit of shea butter is its good filtering ability against sun rays. Therefore, it is an excellent protector and preventative against sun damage.
