• LIFTING ACTIVE INGREDIENT Inst’tight®

Inst’tight® is extracted from the American honeythorn and forms a 3D biopolymeric network on the surface of the skin, immediately reducing the appearance of wrinkles and bags under the eyes within 3 minutes. The effect lasts all day and has been successfully tested in clinical trials on 5 areas of the face:

• OLIGO LIFTING PEPTIDE

This oligopeptide has an anti-wrinkle and anti-ageing effect and supports wound healing. The attributed functions include four of cosmetic interest: Minimising and preventing expression lines, restoring tone, vitality and energy to the skin, smoothing and brightening the complexion and finally improving the appearance of scars.  The anti-ageing activity has been tested in vitro. It has been shown that the oligopeptide enhances the signalling pathways involved in the proliferation, migration and survival of keratinocytes and also has a certain influence on fibroblasts and their activity.

• HYALURONIC ACID ENCAPSULATED IN NIOSOME

A revolutionary active ingredient to combat the formation of wrinkles. It is based on an innovative technology in which three vesicles with different diameters, known as niosomes, are used. A different molecule of short-chain hyaluronic acid is encapsulated in each vesicle. The different diameters of the bubbles ensure and optimise the absorption of hyaluronic acid in all layers of the skin, from the uppermost to the deepest. An innovative approach that guarantees a wrinkle-reducing and firming effect that is optimised for botox-like results. An HA molecule of approx. 50 kDa (low molecular weight) is encapsulated in the largest niosome (diameter 250 nm), which leads to a balanced water binding and thus to a high degree of hydration.

An HA molecule of about 10 kDa (very low molecular weight) is encapsulated in the vesicle with a diameter of 180 nm. The small size enables a deeper effect at the cellular level by improving the contact between the cells, which reduces the TEWL value. The smallest niosome has a diameter of only 120 nm and harbours an HA molecule of about 3 kDa (very low molecular weight). This enables it to penetrate into the deeper layers of the skin and provide new precursors for the body’s own synthesis of the extracellular matrix, which ensures the firmness of the skin. In vivo and in vitro studies have shown 47% smoother skin. The results show a 41% reduction in the number of wrinkles and a 25% reduction in wrinkle length. It therefore has a wrinkle-reducing, moisturising, restructuring, repairing and regenerating effect.

• GLUCUNOLACTONE

Gluconolactone occurs naturally in the skin as an intermediate metabolite in cell renewal processes.

The juice contains a variety of functional active ingredients, including terpenes and flavonoids.
